Orphans' Court - Adoption Information
An adoptee at least 18 years of age or, if less than 18, his or her adoptive parent or legal guardian may petition the court for information contained in an adoption record if the adoption took place in Montgomery County Orphans' Court.
Petitions for Limited and Identifying Information may be obtained by writing the Honorable Stanley R. Ott, Montgomery County Court House, P.O. Box 311, Norristown, Pa. 19404-0311. Please include the adoptive name, date of birth, original name and date of adoption (if known).
