Maps 
The Montgomery County Planning Commission offers a variety of county and municipal maps.  Some of these maps are listed below.  We are in the process of developing a booklet that lists and describes our available maps and publications as well as an on-line order form.  For information on regional maps, contact the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC).  For maps and aerials of other area counties, contact the respective county planning commission.  Municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and students with valid identification may receive a 50 percent discount on many products.  Contact Ann E. County Road Public Information Map (COPIM)
This map shows all roads in the county as well as the location of all communities, Montgomery County facilities, various governmental facilities, municipal buildings, parks (municipal, county, state, and national), historic sites, museums, public libraries, colleges and universities, public and private high schools, volunteer fire companies, shopping malls, airports, cemeteries, and golf and country clubs.  The first copy of this map is free to customers; additional copies are $1 each.  An accompanying street index is available for $1 each.
  
Floodplain Maps
We have floodplain maps available for review.  It is not permitted to make copies of any portion of the maps.
 
Sewer and Water Facility Maps
The cost for one sewer facility map with book is $30.  The cost for one water facilities map with book is $30.  
 
Soil Maps
We have 11" by 17" soil maps available.  These maps can be ordered through Ann Lint in our sales and service area.  The maps are printed by the county print shop and have a three-day turnaround.  The cost is $4 each.
 
Topographic Maps - USGS Quadrangles   
We have these maps available for review but not for sale.  Copies can be obtained by contacting Franklin Map Company at 610.625.6277.  
 
Wetland Maps   
There are 19 individual wetland maps available for $6 each.  These maps can be ordered through Ann Lint in our sales and service area.
