Kenneth B. Hughes has worked with the commission for over 36 years. He has extensive experience in planning and a comprehensive knowledge of the county and its planning issues.Over the course of his career at MCPC, Ken has worked in various planning disciplines. He became director in 1996.Ken has a master's degree in community planning and a B.S. degree in landscape architecture.His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), American Planning Association (APA), and Pennsylvania Planning Association (PPA).Ken also is actively involved in numerous regional and community organizations.
