A contract with Montgomery County Department of Parks and Heritage Services must be signed in advance.

Reservations
Reservations must be made by contacting Central Perkiomen Valley Park office at (610-287-6970).
A $100.00 security/damage deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is due two weeks after the reservation is made. Payment of the rental fee is due two weeks prior to the event. We do not accept credit cards. All checks should be made payable to MONTGOMERY COUNTY. If the facility is left undamaged, the damage deposit check will be voided. A County Park Ranger will determine the condition of the facility. A clean up checklist will be completed and kept on file in the Park office.
Rental Hours
The facility is available year-round, seven days a week (excluding Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve). Daily rental includes set up and clean up.
All functions must end by 9:00 p.m.
Guest may not occupy the Old Mill House prior to the scheduled start of the rental period.
Decorating prior to scheduled starting time must be arranged in advance with the Region Manager.
