Youth Programs
The following are skill training and job readiness programs for eligible youth in Montgomery County

The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) is a year-round educational opportunity program offering a broad range of tools, supports, and activities for eligible youth ages 16- 21. Our mission is to provide the groundwork for our members to become self-directed, responsible, high school graduates who are ready for a productive future.

The Nest Step Program advances our participants' academic and career potential to increase their long-term employability. Members must be eligible out-of-school youth, ages 17-21. Our services include GED preparation, career guidance, employment coaching, and select short-term skills training to those who qualify.
