This position is responsible for the completion and submission of EEO-4 reports. The EEO Officer provides assistance to staff members regarding the verbiage of County policy and procedures. This review is conducted to ensure that the policies do not intentionally or unintentionally discriminate against any protected class members.
This office investigates allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination, as it relates to the following protective classes: race, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, and retaliation. Montgomery County maintains a zero tolerance for sexual harassment and discrimination.
