  The Training and Requests Center receives special requests from various outside entities. These requests are processed using ‘off the shelf’ software such as Microsoft Access. Requested information is extracted from server programs such as Board of Assessment, Recorder of Deeds, Courts, and Voters. The Training and Requests Center also processes jobs for customers on a monthly basis at the customer’s request. The Data Requests group extracts data from public records, such as Board of Assessment information (Tax Information for properties, Land Use Codes, Mortgage Information, etc.), Voter's Information, and Courts Information, and provides these reports in various media formats.
