Montgomery County Commission of Women and Families
Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families to foster leadership; provide awareness of existing services; promote development of resources and advocate equal access to such resources in order to enhance the lives of women and families.
Areas to be addressed include, but are not limited to: education, employment, housing, health, legislation, discrimination, legal issues, elder care, child care, children and youth services, leadership, communication, transportation, domestic abuse, family relationships, sexual harassment, support enforcement and sexual assault.
