FINANCE
The Finance Office, under the Finance Director, advises the Commissioners on county fiscal matters and is responsible for the overall management of county funds. This office coordinates the formation of the Annual General (Operating), Capital and Open Space fund budgets through departmental reviews and Commissioner Hearings. The final budget adoption occurs in December. These budgets are then monitored and compared against actual figures and results by this office. All General Obligation Bond Issue financings are coordinated and supervised by the Finance Office.(One Montgomery Plaza - Suite 800, 610-278-3437)
