From Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 326 - Valley Forge:
Leave the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Exit 326 (old Exit # 24) (Valley Forge), and take route 202 North. Keep driving north onto route 202, the King of Prussia Shopping Mall will be on your left side of the road. Continue straight ahead for about 3 miles crossing the Dannehower Bridge where 202 will meet with Main Street, Norristown. Make a right turn onto Main Street and proceed down past 3 traffic lights to where the Courthouse will be at the corner of Main and Swede Streets. The Main Street parking garage will be on the right side across from the Courthouse. On street parking is available with a 2 hour limit. Courthouse parking is limited to Juror and County official business.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike (Rt. 276) Exit 333 - Norristown:
Leave the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Exit 333 (old Exit # 25) (Norristown), go west on Germantown Pike for one mile to Sandy Hill Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Sandy Hill Road for approx. 2 1/2 miles into Norristown. Sandy Hill Road becomes Airy Street. Court House is at Airy and Swede Streets. Turn left onto Swede Street and proceed down to the next traffic light. This is the intersection of Main and Swede Streets. Turn left onto Main Street; proceed about 100 feet. The Main Street parking garage is on the right side of the street and the Courthouse parking garage will be on the left side of the street. Courthouse parking is limited to Juror and County official business.
From the Main Line, I-76 or I- 95:
Take Route 476 (Blue Route), heading North take the exit for Norristown 18 B (old exit # 7B). At the off ramp make a right turn and follow Chemical Road up to the next traffic intersection of Ridge Pike. Make a right turn onto Ridge Pike and follow west for about 4 miles until you come to the Courthouse. The Courthouse will be on your right side of the street. The Main Street parking garage on the left side of the street and on street parking (2 hour limit) are available.
From Lansdale, Montgomeryville or North Take route 202 South past Suburban General Hospital to Johnson Highway (where road becomes one-way). Turn right onto Johnson Highway and go to second traffic light (Markley St.) Turn left onto Markley St. and continue for approximately 6 blocks, until you come to a Conners Used Car lot. Turn left onto Swede Street and follow for 7 blocks to CourtHouse (Airy and Swede Streets).
From Pottstown, or West
There are two basic routes from Pottstown itself.
1. Take High St. eastbound to Limerick where it turns into Ridge Pike (basically the same road because there are no turns ). Stay on Ridge Pike through Limerick, Trappe and Collegeville. Cross the bridge over the Perkiomen Creek and stay to the right towards Norristown, where Ridge Pike turns into Main Street. Stay on Main St. in Norristown to the Court House at Main and Swede Sts.
2. Take Rt. 422 eastbound to the Oaks exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Egypt Rd. Stay on Egypt Rd.until it dead ends at Main St. Turn right on Main St. to Norristown. Stay on Main St. to the Court House at the intersection of Main and Swede Sts.
Upper Perkiomen Valley Take Rt. 29 south to Collegeville, then turn left on Main St. and follow Main St. to Norristown.
Public transportation The Courthouse is one block from Norristown's Transportation Center on Lafayette Street.. SEPTA Route 100 Suburban Rail Line, 69th Street Terminal to Norristown and SEPTA's Norristown R6 Regional Line, Center City to Norristown are trains accessible to the Courthouse. From the Courthouse: Go west on Main St. for 2.2 miles to Egypt Rd. Turn left, at the First Union Bank. Go approximately one mile to Port Indian Rd. Turn Left. Go ½ mile to the Youth Center entrance.
From Route 422: Take Route 422 West to the Trooper exit. Turn right at the exit and continue on Trooper Rd. past the Walmart. At the next light, turn right onto Egypt Rd. Go approx ½ mile to Port Indian Rd. Turn right and go ½ mile to Youth Center Entrance.
From Philadelphia International Airport Route 95 South to Route 476 Plymouth Meeting (approximately 6 miles).. Proceed to the Norristown exit # 18 B (old exit #7B). Refer to the Main Line, I-76, or I-95 directions to the Courthouse.

FROM 76 EAST – Take the Conshohocken exit and go down the ramp to the light. Make a right turn. Go across the Matsonford Bridge to the first traffic light at West Elm Street and turn left. As you pass Lukens Steel the road becomes Conshohocken Road. After 1.8 miles from the traffic light, you will come to flashing lights at the crest of the hill. Turn right and follow the chain link fence to the entrance of the parking lot.
FROM 76 WEST – Take the Conshohocken exit and go down the ramp and cross the Matsonford Bridge straight ahead. At the first traffic light (West Elm Street), turn left. As you pass Lukens Steel the road becomes Conshohocken Road. After 1.8 miles from the traffic light, you will come to flashing lights at the crest of the hill. Turn right and follow the chain link fence to the entrance of the parking lot.
FROM 476 NORTH – Get off at the Conshohocken exit. Come down the ramp to the light and turn right. Go across the Matsonford Bridge to the first traffic light at West Elm Street and turn left. FROM 476 SOUTH - Take first exit after toll at Norristown. The exit will put you on Ridge Pike, headed for Norristown. At the fourth light, turn left onto Conshohocken Road. Watch for the flashing light at the crest of the hill, 8.10 mile, and watch for the opposing traffic as you turn left from Conshohocken Road into the Fire Academy driveway.
FROM THE PA TURNPIKE – Take exit to 476 South (at Norristown), and take first exit from 476 South. The exit will put you on Ridge Pike, headed for Norristown. At the fourth light, turn left onto Conshohocken Road.
