Across Main Street and further down Dekalb stands what was originally the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Hall (1850). This Greek Revival building had a mansard fourth story applied in 1858; many famous figures spoke here, including Abraham Lincoln, Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, and Daniel Webster.
