Eleventh Annual Domestic Violence Dinner
The Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families will host the Eleventh Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Dinner at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club on Thursday, October 25, 2007
Cherie Banks, medical reporter for NBC 10 News, will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies and the keynote address will be given by Dr. Janice Asher, MD.
Dr. Asher is co-author of a clinical textbook on domestic violence: Sexual Assault: Victimization Across the Life Span. She is the Director of Women’s Health at Student Health Service at Penn and Assistant Professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
There will be a cocktail hour starting at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m.
