The Montgomery County Supports Coordination Organization is a non-profit service provider operating under the umbrella of MontgomeryCounty’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.
Formerly called case management, Supports Coordination is an integral part of service delivery and operation in the Developmental Disabilities System.
The Montgomery County Supports Coordination Organization operates county-wide through 3 localized offices, each serving a geographic catchment area. Each office is comprised of Supports Coordinators, Office Support Personnel, two Office Supervisors, and an Office Director. There is also a small administrative office at the HumanServicesCenter in Norristown.
Currently, over 2,500 individuals are receiving Supports Coordination services from the Montgomery County Supports Coordination Organization.
