The Master Hearing is conducted in a Courtroom atmosphere. At this level you may bring witnesses with you to substantiate your position. The photo above depicts the plaintiff and defendant tables. An attorney is, again, not required at this step, but it may be to your benefit to have one. If you would like to contact an attorney you may request a referral from the Montgomery County Bar Association.
