Support conferences are conducted at the One Montgomery Plaza facility by one of our trained professionals.  As Officers of the Court they will review all the financial information and apply the Statewide Support Guidelines before recommending a support amount.  They will also answer any questions that you have regarding this process.  This conference is informal and attended only by you, your attorney, the opposing party, and their attorney.  An attorney is not required at this step; however it may be to your benefit to have a lawyer present.  If you would like to contact an attorney you may request a referral from the Montgomery County Bar Association.
