If your child was born out of wedlock, paternity must be established before a support order can be entered. Establishment can be by written consent of the parents or by DNA Genetic testing. Testing is done using Bucol Swab technology which is performed by one of our own paternity coordinators. The process is non-invasive (NO NEEDLES!) and quick. Testing, if necessary, will be done on the same day of your support conference.
