There are food cupboards and soup kitchens available to assist low-income individuals and families in each area of Montgomery County. Please contact CADCOM at (610) 277-6367 to ask for further information.
Food Cupboard Regulations:
1. Participants must be Montgomery County residents and may be asked to show proof of County residency
2. Particpants may only receive State and USDA food once per month.
3. Particpants must register at the one site nearest to their residence to receive UDSA and State food.
4. Participants must declare their HOUSEHOLD income, including all adults over age 18 and retired persons living at the same address.
5. A Self-Declaration Form must be signed to receive food.
6. Persons displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the premises without receiving their food distribution sites.
7. Any person suspected of fraudulently receiving food will be reported to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
