Both the Norristown and the Pottstown offices for the Montgomery County Assistance Office provide assistance to low-income individuals and families, including the following programs:
  • Cash Assistance
  • Food Stamps
  • Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • Medical Assistance
You can pick up an application or call Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
