Adult ServicesAdult Services
Aging and Adult Services provides social services for individuals ages 18-59 who are financially eligible and meet conditions of need*.

Information and Referral (I&R)
Information regarding services and benefit programs. This service attempts to link consumers to age appropriate resources. I&R is available by calling or visiting any of the agency's five branch offices listed to the left.

Case Management
Casework services are available to adults/ families (ages 18-59) who meet criteria of need.

  • Rental Assistance - Assists eligible homeless and near homeless consumers with security deposits and rental payments as available.
  • Transitional Housing - Assists homeless individuals and families toward meeting self-sufficiency goals through Bridge Housing and Operation Mainstream programs.
  • Emergency Shelter Services - Assists individuals and families in need of shelter services.
In-home Services
Personal Care, Adult Day Care, Home Support, and Home Delivered Meals are available for disabled adults.

 
 
*An assessment of consumer need must be completed before providing services. Some programs may have a waiting list.
