Electronic Filing
The ITS and Prothonotary departments are currently working on a Electronic Filing application with Paperless Solutions Inc. to allow Attorneys, Judges and other legal practitioners to file various documents on-line. The application includes a payment system that accepts major credit cards and an interface to the existing case management system. The system is expected to 'go live" with a pilot progran in July 2007.
