The Montgomery County Help Desk is committed servicing and supporting the various needs of our users throughout the county. Our IT professionals have the experience and skill sets to assist our customers with their IT needs. They are ready to assist and respond to questions and issues. We are committed to addressing and resolving your issues in a professional and timely manner. The MONTCO Helpdesk can assist County employees and the vendors that service County departments with a simple email or phone call. All issues are stored in our tracking system for proper call handling and resolution.
All County departments, employees and vendors are encouraged to contact the helpdesk for all their IT related needs. Doing so will help ensure proper call handling and escalation.
The public may utilize the Help Desk for questions or comments about the county website, policies, and other information.
