POSITION: Network Specialist DEPARTMENT: Information & Technology Solutions SALARY: $60,178 – 66,195, depending on relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise network administration and provide networking technical
leadership in administration of the County WAN (wide area network).
This includes network systems, imaging systems, LAN's, and personal
computers. Must possess an in depth networking ability in support of
the planning and implementation of network products.
ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: • Must possess strong communication skills in support of customer
oriented environment. • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Self
motivated and results oriented. • Ability to keep current with and maintain a working knowledge of
Personal Computers in a Local Area Network environment. • Minimum of 10 years technical experience. • Demonstrated supervisory skills in a business environment. • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
