POSITION:         Retirement Manager

DEPARTMENT:   Controller

SALARY:             $45,626 – 50,189, depending on relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Maintain accurate and updated financial records for all active and retired
  employees

·         Notify Controller on a monthly basis regarding fund distributions to
  retirees

·         Counsel prospective retirees, either individually or in group settings, on
  all matters of retirement (options, insurance, etc.)

·         Supervise Pension fund accountant and secretary

·         Prepare Agenda and facilitate all Retirement Board meetings

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

·         Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (financial, accounting or
  insurance)

·         Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent presentation skills
