POSITION:         Accounts Payable Manager

DEPARTMENT:   Controller

SALARY:             $49,634 – 54,597, depending on relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Timely payment of bills in accordance with established policy

·         Prepare cash flow analysis, as needed

·         Schedule timely investments of excess funds

·         Cash management

·         Supervise Accounts Payable staff

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

·         Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial/accounting experience

·         Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication skills

·         Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships

·         Excellent supervisory skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Strong background in accounting
