If you recently experienced the need to call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance and would like to submit a complaint, have questions, or would like to offer other comments, you may reach us in one of several ways. If available, provide the location and date/time of the incident, a description of events and if possible, the name or dispatch number of the person you spoke with during your 9-1-1 call.
Phone - At any time, 24 hours a day, you may contact the Montgomery County 911 Center at 610-631-6541. Request to speak with a supervisor and he/she will take the appropriate action.
