Successfull upgrade to Meridian switch that handles all phone calls in and out of the center. The upgrade provides the latest in software/hardware to the telephone switch. An upgrade to the Vesta phone equipment used by the dispatchers will be taking place in the coming weeks. The backup 911 center was used during the upgrade to handle all phone calls.
