David Knoble Arrested for Rape of a Child and Related Charges for Alleging to have had Sexual Contact with a Five Year Old Child Between 2001 and 2004

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and Towamencin Township Police Chief Paul T. Dickinson announce the arrest of David Knoble for Rape of a Child and related charges.

The charges stem from incidents that occurred between the years 2001 and 2004. During that time period Knoble is alleged to have had sexual contact with a five year old child.

Knoble was arraigned before District Judge Harold Borek.  Knoble’s bail was set at 10% of $100,000 with the conditions that he have no contact with the victim or the victim’s family. Knoble’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 24, 2009 at 1:00 pm before District Judge Borek.

ADA Samantha Cauffman is assigned to prosecute the case.
