One-Vehicle Double Fatal Crash in Upper Pottsgrove Township Under Investigation
 
 
Montgomery County District Attorney Ferman and Upper Pottsgrove Police Chief Moffett announce an investigation into a crash that occurred on 12-12-09 at at approximately 11:49 p.m. Upper Pottsgrove Police and Montgomery County Detectives are investigating a one-vehicle double fatal crash on Route 100 near Moyer Road. The vehicle was proceeding northbound and went off the roadway striking the guardrail, flipping onto its roof and sliding down the guardrail. The victims were in the rear seat and were ejected from the vehicle. Investigation into the cause of the fatal crash is ongoing. Both deceased victims are High School Students.
