Rose Emily Frankil Arrested for Bringing Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia to the Montgomery County Courthouse on October 6, 2009
 
 
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman announces the arrest of Rose Emily Frankil.  On Tuesday, October 6, 2009, Frankil came to the Montgomery County Courthouse.  She was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, which she attempted to bring through Courthouse security.  Security officers stopped Frankil and seized her contraband. Frankil is charged with Violation of Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bail was set at $25,000 ROR.
 
The defendant’s Preliminary Hearing is scheduled to be held before Magisterial District Judge Margaret Hunsicker on October 16, 2009 at 9:45 AM.  Judge Hunsicker’s office is located at 754 East Johnson Highway, Norristown, PA  19401.
