Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman presented the following law enforcement and civilian commendations at a ceremony on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. in Courtroom “A”, Montgomery County Courthouse:
 
Plymouth Township Detective Todd Jordan and Whitpain Township Detective Brad Potter for their tireless efforts during Commonwealth vs. O’Donnell, resulting in the defendant’s life sentence for the murder of 14-year old Ebony Dorsey:

Officer Raymond Sokolowski of the West Conshohocken Police Department for his investigation, leading to the removal from office, of Constable Michael Solow:

Detective Todd Richard of the Borough of Pottstown Police Department for his efforts in apprehending Aaron Borz and Raheem Wright, after they robbed an elderly couple at gunpoint:

Officer Michael Connor of the Borough of Conshohocken Police Department and John Sargent, who thwarted an armed bank robbery at the PNC Bank in Conshohocken.  Their actions resulted in the arrests of Demetrius White and Irving Allen, who both have extensive criminal histories, and prevented any violent confrontation:

Borough of Narberth Police Department Lieutenant Arthur Pavoni and Sergeant Robert E. Yantorno, Jr., whose professionalism and intelligence during the multi-state investigation of the abduction of Macie Baird and the attempted murder of Cortney Baird, resulted in the arrest and prosecution of Glenn Minch:
