Victim/Witness Services is responsible for assisting victims and witnesses who are participating in a criminal case on behalf of the Commonwealth.  Victim/Witness Services provides information regarding victim’s rights, restitution, parole notification, victim impact statements and related issues.   Victim/Witness Services can also provide individuals help with transportation, childcare, and other issues that arise concerning courtroom appearances.
