The District Attorney’s Office is committed to keeping Montgomery County safe, and working with the community to ensure its safety.  As such, we have worked with local law enforcement officials and developed various training programs designed to educate and protect our citizens.  The programs are presented by Assistant District Attorneys and County Detectives, and include training on identity theft prevention, internet safety, elder abuse, and drug abuse.  They are presented free of charge, and are generally available throughout the year. Programs specially designed to teach children about the dangers of sexting, internet safety and cyber-bullying, teen driving safety, prescription drug abuse, drug identification, domestic violence awareness, and mental health awareness are also available.
