Montgomery County is a pioneer in the establishment of the office of Court Administrator.The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.Implementation of policies set by the state court administrator
2.Preparation of reports for the President Judge and state court administrator
3.Jury management
4.Development of effective methods of court functioning including mechanization and computerization of court operation
5.Preparation and administration of trial calendars for all civil, family and criminal cases, including daily trial list, Protection from Abuse, License Suspension, Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition and scheduling of arbitration matters.
