Rule 3204*(a). Sheriff’s Determination of Claimant’s Title, Hearing (a) If a party in interest files a request for a formal hearing with the Sheriff within ten (10) days after date of the mailing of the copy of the claim, as provided by Rule 3203, the Sheriff shall schedule a formal hearing prior to determining whether claimant is the prima facie owner of the property in whole or in part. Said hearing must be held by the Sheriff within 30 days after receipt of request for a hearing.
