Rule 14 Zoning Appeals (a) Appeals from the decision of a Zoning Hearing Board shall be captioned. (b) Within ten (10) days of the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari by this Court, the appellant shall serve a copy of both the Notice of Appeal and Writ upon the Solicitor for the Zoning Hearing Board, the Solicitor for the municipality within which the Zoning Hearing Board is located and all persons and/or entities who shall have entered their written appearance in the proceedings before the Zoning Hearing Board and the matter appealed from. (c) The record submitted to the Court in compliance with the writ of certiorari shall include a certified copy of the zoning ordinance in effect when the decision was rendered. (d) Whenever an appeal is taken from a decision of a Zoning Hearing Board and the record is returned by this Court to the Zoning Hearing Board for further proceedings, and a subsequent appeal from a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board is taken in the same case, the number of the original appeal shall identify the subsequent appeal filed with the Prothonotary who shall docket and file such subsequent appeal to the number of the original appeal.
